Your session will take place at Juniper Tattoo Co., located at 73 N. 1st St. in downtown Central Point. Juniper offers a cozy, body positive experience. Our studio is inclusive, ADA compliant and stocked with client amenities. Each booth is semi-private and more privacy can be provided by request.

✦ Guest Policy

One guest (age 18+) is welcome to accompany you. If you bring extra guests or children, we will need to reschedule.

✦ Payment

Your deposit will be applied to your total. Aside from the deposit, payment is preferred in cash and is due at each session. I don’t carry change for cash payments. Card payments are also accepted.

✦ Before your appointment

  • Eat
    Eat a solid meal within two hours of your appointment, please don’t arrive hungry. This helps to avoid added discomfort, nausea or feeling faint.

  • Clothing
    Wear (or bring) clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.

  • No blood thinners or numbing creams
    Please do not take any blood thinners (including aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen), ingest excessive caffeine or use topical numbing creams before your appointment unless we’ve discussed it ahead of time.

Optional, but helpful:

  • Hydrate + Rest
    Stay hydrated the day before and the day of your appointment. Avoid alcohol or heavy partying the night before.

  • Prep your skin
    Moisturize the area daily for the week leading up to your appointment using a fragrance-free lotion (like Lubriderm). Lightly exfoliate the area 1–2 days before your session. Please arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid lotion or oils applied the day of your appointment.

Please use the “Make Changes/Cancel” button in your confirmation email. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to transfer your appointment to a new date. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will require a new deposit to re-book.

    Every session is flat-rate (or falls within a flat-rate range) and includes:

    • Collaborative design adjustments and layout review

    • Full stencil placement and skin prep

    • Focused tattoo time in a respectful and low pressure environment

    • Bandaging and aftercare guidance

    ✦ DEPOSITS

    • A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book.

    • Each deposit includes one reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.

    • Additional reschedules require a new deposit.

    Your deposit will be forfeited if you:

    • Cancel or no-show

    • Arrive 15+ minutes late without communication

    • Fail to bring valid government-issued photo ID

    • Arrive with numbing cream or compromised skin (burns, bruises, cuts, etc.)

    ✦ 18+ STUDIO | GUESTS

    Juniper Tattoo Company is 18+ only. One guest (18+) is welcome. Extra guests or children may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

    ✦ PAYMENT

    • Your deposit is applied to your total.

    • Remaining balance is due at each session.

    • Cash preferred (no change available).

    • Card payments are accepted.

    ✦ SESSION TIMING

    Session times are estimates. We may finish early or run slightly over, but your rate stays the same.

    If we need more than one hour beyond the estimate, I’ll check in and adjust the booking if needed.

    If a session ends significantly earlier due to a clear overestimate, I may pro-rate accordingly.

    I’ll always communicate clearly so there are no surprises.

    ✦ MULTI-SESSION PROJECTS

    If your project requires multiple sessions, you may use your booking link more than once.

    • Allow at least 3 weeks of healing between sessions

    • Sessions booked 6+ months out may be subject to updated pricing

    • Session estimates are not guarantees. Factors such as skin type, placement, and healing response affect how the tattoo progresses. Ultimately, the work takes the time it needs to be done properly. Please contact me first if you have a deadline.

    ✦ STATE REQUIREMENTS

    You must be 18+ with valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

    A consent/release form is required at the studio per Oregon law.

    Failure to bring ID will result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

    ✦ RESCHEDULES

    Reschedule using the “Make Changes/Cancel” link in your confirmation or reminder email.

    • Less than 72 hours requires a new deposit

    If I need to reschedule your appointment, I’ll offer new dates.

    ✦ DESIGN POLICY

    I design each custom piece based on your submission and my signature style, so reviewing my portfolio and clearly noting must-haves and no-go’s is essential.

    Designs are shown at your appointment. Minor adjustments can usually be made on the spot.

    Major changes or full redraws that prevent tattooing that day may require a new appointment and deposit.

    I don’t send designs in advance. If you prefer to preview artwork, I recommend choosing one of my flash designs.

    ∙ Cancellations, no-shows, arriving 15+ minutes late (with no communication), failure to bring a valid government issued ID or arriving with numbing cream/skin damage (bruises, burns, cuts, etc.) to your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit and may not be eligible for rebooking.

    ✦ MULTI-SESSION DESIGNS

    If you are booking a multi-session piece, I will reach out to you via email to schedule your next session. Expect at least 4-6 weeks (and up to 4-6 months) between appointments. Please contact me first if you have a deadline.
